These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the Easy Move Relocations website and the request, booking, and provision of our moving and relocation services.

1. Scope of Services

Easy Move Relocations provides moving, packing, relocation support, and related assistance in Marbella, Costa del Sol, and wider Andalucía, subject to availability and agreed scope.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may change if access conditions, inventory volume, locations, dates, waiting times, or special handling requirements differ from the original information supplied.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once the date, service scope, and payment conditions have been expressly agreed between the parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information regarding pickup and delivery addresses, access conditions, item volume, fragile goods, parking availability, and any special instructions relevant to the move.

5. Access and Delays

We are not responsible for delays or disruption caused by traffic, weather, building access restrictions, elevator limitations, third-party issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Handling and Liability

We take reasonable care when handling goods. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to any specific written agreement, insurance arrangement, or claim procedure that may apply.

7. Excluded or Special Items

The client must notify us in advance of fragile, high-value, oversized, sensitive, or unusual items. Certain items may require special handling, additional fees, or separate acceptance.

8. Payments

Payment terms are agreed before the service is carried out. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices or balances due must be paid in accordance with the confirmed service terms.

9. Cancellations and Changes

Requested changes to dates, addresses, timing, or scope may affect availability and pricing. Cancellations may be subject to charges where time, scheduling, or reserved resources have already been committed.

10. Website Use

Users agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse its forms, contact channels, content, or technical elements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
